摘要
作者于１９９２～１９９４年应用甲氰咪胍、硫酸锌药物治疗１９８例痤疮患者，随访６周．结果：痊愈１６３例（８２．３％）；显效２４例（１２．１％）；有效９例（４．５％）；无效２例（１．０％）；总有效率１９６例（９８．９％）．作者还对痤疮的病因及治疗机理进行了探讨．
Abstract Form 1990 to 1994,the 198 patients suffered from acne were treated by altramet and zincsulfate The average followup period was of 6 weeks.The result showed that total effective rates were of 98.9 %(196 cases); cure rates of 82.3 0%(163cases);dominated effective rates of 12. 1%(24 cases);efficacious rates of 4.5%(9 cases);No effect 1.0 %(2 cases)respectively.At the same time the pathogeny and mechanism of acne were discussed.
