摘要
报告９例１４只扩张器在头面部瘢痕修复中的临床经验，随防３个月至２年，９例均获得良好的疗效，本文讨论了术式选择，皮瓣设计与疗效的关系．
Abstract this paper give an account of the clinical experience of 9 cases,in which 14 dilators were used in repairing face scar,completed with follow-up for 3 months to 2 years,the 9 cases have all shown good curative effect.This paper also discusses the relationship between operation pattern selection and designing of skin flaps and curative effects .
