家禽阴道腺贮精机制的研究 Ⅰ:家禽阴道腺的组织学

Studies on the Mechanisms for the Sperm Storage in the Vaginal Gland in Chicken 1: Histolog of Vaginal gland of Chicken

本文利用切片技术对家禽阴道腺的大体样剖部位、相应的粘膜结构、阴道腺的细胞组成、数目及大小等作了较为详尽的研究。结果表明,阴道腺位于子宫阴道连接处(UVJ)靠近阴道的一边,在阴道子宫括约肌外2—5mm,呈较为散在的分布,腺体之间相距较远,且数目较少.腺体直径在61μm左右,空腔较大,与子宫腺相比,所处部位的粘膜结构由上下两排核细胞组成的粘膜崎岖不平,但不象阴道下部那样深。腺体细胞上单层柱装上皮细胞构成,无纤毛,由腺管通向输卵管腔,靠近开口处上皮细胞变成双层,并有纤毛,腺体周围无肌上皮细胞存在。研究还发现上皮细胞大小不一致,明暗与着色程度也有差异。

Adetailed investigation was given to vaginal gland on its anatomy, location. cell structure, mucosa construction, cumder and size. The result show that. The glands are sparsely located at the uteral theutero-vaginal. (UVJ) ,and near the vaginal, 2-5mm away from the utero-vaginal sphincter. the diameter difer from eachother. With comparision whih that of uteral gland, the mucosa epithelium is rugged, the folds are not so deep as those of vagina. All the glands are com-posed of single layer column epithelium withoutcilia. Posesing a duct leading to the oviduct lumen. But double-layer epithelum appear at the openingsof the ductswith cilia on it at the same time weal-so found the size and brightness of the epieheium cell of the vaginal gland are different.
