摘要
阿拉尔地区野生鸡腿蘑茹的菌丝体可用一般食用菌的培养方法进行培养、繁殖、其菌丝体生长所需的温度范围为10°—30℃,最佳温度为25℃左右,PH值范围为5—10最佳PH值为7是一种怕光,需氧生长的菌丝体。
Culture and propagation methods for edible fangus can be used for the growth of mycelium of coprinus comatus , which can grow well when the temperature ranges from 10℃ to 39℃ and the 25℃ or so is the optimum one . It can live in a Large range of PH values of 5-10 and 7 should be the best one.
