Demography on the Modules of Acanthopanax senticosus populations(I)──Demography of the above-ground modules

植物种群构件数量统计是植物生态学的崭新领域，对种群结构与动态的研究具有重要的意义．本文以无性系灌木刺五加种群的地上部分构件枝、芽为对象，研究了三种天然次生林群落中及皆伐迹地上刺五加的平均枝长和分枝级数以及各级枝上着生的活芽数和分枝角度的变化规律，并从群落环境和刺五加的年龄状况对其进行了综合分析．结果表明．刺五加种群的枝、芽构筑型特征是由其本身的生物学特性决定的。

Modular demography of plant populations is a new area in plant ecology, which plays an important role in the research of populations structure and dynamics.This paper studied the demographiccharacteristics of the aboveground modules of A.senticosus populations,The variation of average lengthof branches.branch classes,branching angles and living buds on branches of the population were investi-gated in three natural secondary forest communities and one clear cutting area,and were analysed com-prehensively from community conditions and population age status.The results show that the architec-tural characteristics of branch and bud of the population are mainly determined by its biologicalcharaters,but are more or less influenced by environmental conditions and age status,which result in adaptive changes of the population architecture.
