KT-60酚醛树脂胶压制硬质纤维板研究

摘要 硬质纤维板生产一般使用酚醛胶作为增强剂,使生产废水挥发酚含量过高,污染环境;由于苯酚价格不断上涨,造成硬质纤维板生产成本居高不下。为解决这些问题,鉴于在胶合板系列产品生产中取得的成功经验,使用落叶松栲胶取代苯酚(取代率60%)制成KT-60酚醛树脂胶粘剂。用KT-60酚醛胶等量代替酚醛胶压制了硬质纤维板。试验结果表明,所压制的硬质纤维板物理力学性能与用酚醛胶时相似,生产成本下降了11.5元/t,废水中挥发酚含量大幅度下降,为国家允许排放标准的1/17至1/25,具有明显的社会效益与经济效益。 In the processing of hard fibre-board,it often makes high contents volatile phenol in theproductive waste water as using phenol formaldehyde glue, and also makes the costs of production ofhard fibre-board higher, KT-60 phenol formaldehyde resins adhesive that made from larch tannin ex-tracts instead of the phenol have succeded in the production of plywood. This paper mainly reports theexperiment that the phenol formaldehyde glue is replaced of the KT-60 phenol formaldehyde resins glueequally in the process of pressing hard fibre-board. The results show that physical mechanics propertiesof the hard fibre-board are similar to using the PF glue,and the costs of production reduce about 11.5 yuan/m ̄3,and the volatile phenol contents reduce greatly. It is the standard by 1/17~1/25 of state allow-able refuse and has social and economic results obviously.
