摘要
建立描述加工大轮时切齿过程的坐标系∑_G,确定切齿运动参数的单位矢量e_G、g_G、p_G。建立描述加工大轮的刀盘(产形面)的坐标系∑_(GC),确定产形面的有关几何特征矢量,并变换到∑_G中。根据刀盘参数建立产形面方程。由产形面和大轮齿面的共轭关系,建立大轮齿面方程及确定刀具齿面多数,从而确定加工小轮时大轮齿面计算点的位置,并根据啮合原理确定该点曲率。
This paper constructed the coordinate system of describing the cutting process while thegear being generated to confirm the unit vectors,about the cutting motion parameters,and con-structed the coordinate system Σ_(GC) of describing the cutter(the generating gear tooth surface)as gene-rating the gear to confirm its geometric specific vectors and to change it intoΣ_G,so the equation of thegenerating gear tooth surface can be constructed according to the cutter parameters, The gear equationwas constructed and the tooth surface parameters were corfirmed bY the conjugation relations betweenthe gear and the tooth surfaces of the generating gear,so that the position of the calculating point of the gear surface was fixed while generating the pinion the curvature of this point was calculated by engage-ment theory.
