集材50A拖拉机小平衡杆强度设计问题的探讨

摘要 集材50A拖拉机台车总成小平衡杆在使用中经常发生断裂及扭曲,大中修必换,使用中更换率为32.4%,严重影响该机的正常运用。由于原结构设计对集材拖拉机的运用条件考虑不周,使小平衡杆强度设计不足。本文利用最大转向阻力矩等于最大转向力矩的方法,比较精确地进行该件的受力计算,保证强度设计的合理性。为使原结构变动不大,采用只加大截面模量的方法进行改进。这样,可降低故障率,节约大量的配件费用。 While skidding-50A tractor is running for working,the balancing arm is frequently andeasily been fractured and twisted. This trouble greatly infltienced the normal production. In the heavy ormid repair,this assembly must be replaced. The rate of the replacement is 32.4%, It is the careless con-struction design that caused the balancing arm weak in strength.This article,according to the theory ofmax moment of momentum,exactly calculaties the endurance of this assembly, represents a reformationmethod to improve the strength design reasonable. Only by enlargement of the section modulus andgiving a little changement of the former strtucture,the rate of trouble may decrease and we may save a lotof expenses in replacing fitting.
