摘要
在加工大轮的坐标系∑G中,确定出描述加工小轮切齿过程的坐标系∑P.根据加工小轮的机床切齿调整参数,确定产形轮的齿面方程.根据啮合原理确定小轮的加工齿面.要求展成出来的小轮齿面与理论齿面之间差别趋于零,并达到理想的接触特征.同时要求计算出来的加工小轮的刀盘参数与加工大轮的刀盘参数一致.
This paper constructed the coordinate system ∑P of describing the cutting process of generating thepinion in the coordinate system of generating the gear.The toothysurface equation of the generating gear wasdetermined according to the machine settings of generating the pinion,and the tooth surface of the pinion wasdetermined by the engagement theory. It is required that the difference of the generated second- order and thetheorial tooth surface of pinion is approaching to zero,so attained the ideal contact feature and cutter head pa-rameters of generating the pinion falled in with that of the gear.
