摘要
为解决胶合板企业广泛应用的BG1821型喷气网带式单板干燥机干燥单板效率低的问题,运用现代测试手段对喷气网带式单板干燥机的机内各层温度、空气相对湿度、旋切原木初含水率、干燥单板终含水率、单板干燥时间、回水温度进行了实测,对上述一些指标不符合国家标准的原因进行了分析和实际计算,采用了把机内疏水器移到外部,并在选择形式上做了认真的研究,选用了热动力式疏水器,增加散热器数目及布置上加以调整,增加排湿筒数目及连接形式,适当增大风量、风压,使喷嘴喷出气流速度在16~19m/s之间,回水温度降至50~70℃等措施,经在实际中验证,干燥机效率提高2倍以上,为企业创造效益提供了一条途径.
In order to solve a problem of low efficiency in BG1821 jet mesh driers that is being used in polywoodplants extensivly,the following data were measured with modern methods:the temperature in each layer,rela- tive humidity,initial moisture time of veneer,the temperature of backwater. According to the data,analysisand caculation of the problem were made,the drainer was set outside the driers,hot power drainer was ap-plied,the number of radiator was increased,the arrangement of radiator was adjusted,the number of discharge wet tube was added,the flow quantity and pressure were enlarged,thus the air speed was reached to 16~ 19m/s,the temperature of backwater was decreased to 50℃~70℃.After taking above measures,the efficien-cy of the driers has increased more than 2 times compaired with before.
