摘要
本文报道６０例（男性３２例，女性２８例，年龄５４±１８）感染性疾病患者口服头孢克罗胶囊０．２５ｇ—０．５０ｇ，每日三次．疗程５—７天。结果：痊愈２８例，总有效率９１．７％。其中上呼吸道炎和急性支气管炎痊愈率１００％。经Ｒｉｄｉｔ分析法统计比较．明显优于其它各病种（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
Sixty hospitalized patients(32 males and 28 females,aged 54±18)withinfections were treated with cefaclor. Patients received cefaclor capasules(0.25g-0.50g q8h)orally for 5-7 days. Among them 28 cases were cured. The total rate ofclinical effectiveness was 91. 7%. Significant differences between the cure rate ofupper respiratory traet infection and acute bronchitis and the cure rate of other diseases in all cases were noted (p<O. 05).
