本文采用短期试验性治疗随诊观察方法治疗非溃疡性消化不良（ＮＵＤ）．试验治疗组症状缓解率８４／１０８为７７．８％，对照组（全面系统检查后诊断明确的ＮＵＤ）症状缓解率８８／１０８为８１．５％，两组治疗无显著差异，（Ｐ＞０．０５）提示，此方法有效，可避免进一步检查，节约开支，减少因为延迟诊断带来的不良后果。
