12例透明细胞汗腺瘤临床病理学观察

A clinicopathological observation on 12 cases with clear cell hidradenoma

本文分析了１２例透明细胞汗腺瘤的临床病理表现。男４例，女８例，肿瘤均单发，其中７例发生于头、颈、上肢（占５８．３％）。镜下肿瘤由两种类型细胞和导管状结构组成，免疫组化示Ｋｅｒａｔｉｎ阳性。本文对透明细胞汗腺瘤的性质、诊断、鉴别等进行了讨论。

cases,4 males and 8 females, with clear cell hidradenoma were clinicopathologically analyzed. The tumor was as a single mass in the skin and 7 of them (58.3%) occurred at the head, neck and upper limbs. Microscopically,the tumor was composed of two types of cells and ductal structures. Immunohistochemically, positive reaction of cytokeratin was found in the tumor of all the 12 cases. The characteristics, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of clear cell hidradenoma were discussed on the basis of the histopathologic features.
