A report on three cases with papillary renal cell carcinoma with psammoma body formation

摘要 本文报告了３例乳头状肾细胞癌伴砂粒体形成的病理变化和砂粒体的形态特征，探讨了砂粒体的形成机制，提出了在肾细胞癌中出现砂粒体，预示此类肿瘤生长缓慢，可能与预后有关。 Three cases with papillary renal cell carcinoma with psammoma body formation were presented and their pathological changes and the morphological characteristics of psammoma bodies were described. The mechanism of the formation of psammoma bodies was investigated. It is proposed that the presence of psammoma bodies in renal cell carcinoma should indicate the slow growth of the tumor and may be related to the prognosis.
