86例小肠癌的病理观察

A pathological observation on 86 cases with carcinoma of small intestine

本文报告８６例小肠癌，其中６１例原发，２５例继发。小肠癌的内涵有争议，本报告包含壶腹部癌而不包括回盲部癌。原发性小肠癌肉眼分四类：息肉型、浸润溃疡型、缩窄型和弥漫型。前三型是肿瘤发展的不同阶段，与肿瘤发生部位有关。本文还对小肠癌的鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

cases with carcinoma of small intestine were reported. Of them, 61 cases were primary and 25, secondary.The intension of carcinoma of small intestine is a contentious question.In this report,the periampullary carcinoma was included but not the ileocecal carcinoma.Glossly,the primary carcinoma of small intestine was classified into 4 types:(I) polypoid or fungating type,(II) infiltrating and ulcerating type,(III) constricting and stricture type and (IV) diffusely spreading type.I-III types were the various phases in the tumor development and were related to the locations of the tumor.The differential diagnosis of the carcinoma of small intestine was discussed.
