摘要
总结泌尿系异物４９例。好发生于青少年。男多于女。大多数为精神心理因素，少数为医疗性因素所致。绝大部分为下尿路异物（９６％）。Ｂ超、Ｘ线、膀胱镜检查为诊断根据。因依据异物性质、部位、时间长短及并发症采取不同治疗方法。
