肝结节性再生性增生

Nodular regenerative hyperplasia of the liver

１例２９岁女性患肝结节性再生性增生，临床以持续性肝功能异常和ＡＫＰ升高为特征，其组织学表现为不伴纤维化的肝细胞结节性再生性增生。本文结合文献对其临床病理特征和诊断、鉴别诊断作了探讨。

A female patient, 29 years old, with nodular regenerative hyperplasia (NRH) of the liver was reported.It is shown that the persistent liver dysfunction, abnormalities of serum liver enzymes and the hepatic cell nodular regenerative hyperplasia without fibrosis were the clinicopathological characteristics. In addition, the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease were discussed.
