恶性组织细胞增生症的免疫组化─20例尸解研究

An immunohistochemical study of 20 cases of malignant histiocytosis on autopsy

本文用能特异标记福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织中的Ｔ、Ｂ细胞及组织细胞的三种单克隆抗体（ＵＣＨＬ１、Ｌ２６及Ｍａｃ３８７），对２０例尸解恶性组织细胞增生症进行免疫组化染色，结果发现有１８例为ＵＣＨＬ１确切阳性。结果表明恶组其实绝大部分为Ｔ细胞源性肿瘤，而真正的恶组非常罕见。

For several decades, the malignant histiocytosis (MH) had been regarded as a tumor that was derived from histiocyte. Recently, a few authors considered that the MH was a lymphocyte - derived tumor. In our research, the lymphocytes and histiocytes were labelled by ABC immunohistochemical method with three monoclonal antibodies that are specific for T cell (UCHL1), B cell (L26) and histiocyte (Mac387) in formalin - fixed paraffin -embedded tissue sections respectively. It was found that 18 out of 20 cases of MH on autopsy were positively stained with UCHL1. This result demonstrates that the so -called MH is in fact a T -lineage tumor, and the true MH is very rare.
