摘要 应用抗人胎盘型谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST-π)单克隆抗体,以微波LSAB免疫组化技术,检测了GST-π在人乳腺癌中的表达情况。132例乳腺癌中,78.,8%(104/132)呈阳性表达。GST-π表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及腋窝淋巴结转移无明显相关,与组织学类型有一定关系,GST-π在ER(一)乳腺癌的阳性表达率91.3%,显著高于ER(+)者64.4%(P<0.01),同样GST-π在PR(一)乳腺癌的阳性率88.2%,也显著高于PR(+)者66.7%(P<0.05)。结果表明,GST-π的表达与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系密切,且与ER和PR的表达呈明显负相关,文中就其临床意义进行了讨论。 The expression of human placental form of glutathione S - transferase (GST - π) was examined in human primary breast cancer by LSAB - microwave immunohistochemical method using monoclonal antibody raised against GST - π . Of 132 patients with breast cancer, 78. 8% were positive for GST - π staining. GST - π expression was not obviously related to the patients' ages, tumor sizes and axillary nodal metastases, but associated in a certain degree with the histological types. The rate of positive GST - π expression in estrogen receptor - negative [ER(-)] tumors was 91. 3% significantly higher than that 64. 4% in ER(+) tumors (P<0. 01). Similarly, the rate of positive GST - π expression in progesterone receptor-negative [PR (-)] tumors was 88. 2% higher than that 66. 7% in PR(+) tumors (P<0. 05). The results showed that GST - π expression is closely related to the incidence and development of human breast cancer and is negatively correlated to the expressions of ER and PR in breast cancer. The clinical significance of GST - π expression was discussed.
