单向短纤维复合材料裂纹板的边界元法

摘要 从板的经典理论出发,导出了两对边简支,另两对边自由的正交异性矩形板,在自由边上受单位集中力矩作用时的Green函数。以此作为基本解,应用边界积分法求得了两对边简支,另两对边自由,在垂直于简支边的对称线上有穿透裂纹的正交异性板在该对称线上的弯矩。并将解与单向复合材料裂纹板的实验数据进行了比较,最大误差为17.3%,在塑性区尺寸小于1mm的情况下,本文解基本上适用于单向短纤维复合材料裂纹板。 In the paper, Green function of orthotropic plates with two simply-supported opposite edges and two free edges under unit concentra-ted bending movement acting at a free edges is derived from Krichhoff's theory. Based on the fundamental solutiun presented, the bending moments along the symmetrical axis of the plates with crack are obtained by means of the BEM. Furthermore , solution by means of method presentod in this paper and experimental data with SMC-D plates as samples are compared and the maxium error is 17.3%. Therefore, the solution presented here is applicable to the cracked SMC-D plates when measurment of the plastic area is less than 1mm.
