摘要
对日本七鳃鳗、鲫鱼、黑斑蛙和丽斑麻蜥4种变温动物的松果眼进行了观察和比较。结果表明,这4种变温动物具有不同发育程度的松果眼。丽斑麻蜥和日本七鳃鳗的松果眼是典型的光感觉器官。鲫鱼的松果眼具有光感觉作用,但其感光结构不及前两者发达。黑斑蛙的松果眼缺乏光感觉的结构基础。根据日本七鳃鳗同时具有松果眼和类似松果眼的松果体的现象提示,在种系发生早期、中期,有2个松果眼。
The pineal eyes of four poikilotherms in different Classes of vertebrates,Lampetra japonica,Carassius auratus, Rana nigromaculata and Eremias argus were observed and compared by light microscopy. The results showed that the observed animal,L.japonica,C.auratus,R,nigromaculata and E. argus, may have the pineal eye developed in different stages. The pineal eyes of the 4 kinds of animals, except amphibian, are essentially similar to each other. The pineal eyes of E. argus and L. japonica are typical photosensory organs. The pineal eye of C. auratus can receive light stimulation, but its photosensory ability is lower than that of lizards and lampreys.The pineal eye of R. nigromaculata lacks the structures for receiving light stimulation. In addition, the lamprey has both pineal eye and pineal body, which is similar to pineal eye. This study indicates that the ancestor of vertebrates may have two pineal eyes.
