摘要
本文从中、老、缅、泰四国澜沧江－湄公河次区域合作的角度，分析了澜沧江下游国际旅游的发展前景，多层次客源市场，总体战略；设计出其小区域国际旅游及相应基础设施建设；提出了国际旅游开发的软件建设和环保措施。
This paper has analysed the development perspective of international tourism of thelower Lancang river;the guest market of multiple levels; the general strategy;the international tourism circles and its basic constructions according to the need of subregionalcooperation of Lancang-Mekong river in China, Laos,Thailand and Burma. The softenvironment construction of international tourism dcvelopment and countermeasure of environment protection is posed.
