摘要
ZnFe_2O_4在室温下为正尖晶石结构顺磁体,现将^(67)Zn离子注入到该晶体内,由穆斯堡尔谱发现:在强顺磁峰上迭加有新出现的铁磁相,其磁超精场为45.6T(特斯拉).这表明具有广泛用途的ZnFe_2O_4铁氧体功能材料通过^(67)Zn离子注入是研究和探索材料改性的重要途径之一,本文是以^(57)CO(钴)为穆源测得磁性离子^(57)Fe的穆谱,它是为下一步用^(67)Ga(镓)做穆源测量^(67)Zn穆谱,进而研究ZnFe_2O_4中非磁性离子^(67)Zn与磁性离子^(57)Fe超精细相互作用的基础。
ZhFe_2O_4 belongs to the ferrite with spinel structure putting ̄(67) Zn into above lattice,the lattice structure is changed and the lattice phase is transitted from the single phase to the doublephase accompanied with the magnetic peak appeared and hyperfine field 45.6T from the mossbauer spectrum analysis. A possible reason is due to the large ratio c/a of  ̄(67)Zn ion that into the octahedronB position interspace.
