同步荧光法同时测定地面水中的苯酚和苯胺

SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF PHENOL AND ANILINE BY SYNCHRONOUS FLUORIMETRY

苯酚和苯胺的常规荧光光谱互相有干扰。应用固定波长同步扫描法可同时测定苯酚和苯胺。当介质的酸度ｐＨ＝６．０及波长差△λ为２０ｎｍ时，苯酚同步荧光峰波长２７６ｎｍ，测定范围为０．０１０－３．０μｇ／ｍｌ，检测限５ｎｇ／ｍｌ；苯胺同步荧光峰波长３００ｎｍ，测定范围０．１０－２．０μｇ／ｍｌ，检测限３０ｎｇ／ｍｌ．

A measurement method of synchronous fluorimetry for the simultaneous determina-tions of phenol and anlline is carried out in a Britton-Robinson buffer solution(pH6.0) with△λ20nm for synchronous scanning,which gives peaks at 276nm and 300nm for phenol and anilie ,espectively.The Linear ranges of the determination are 0.010 to 3.0μg/ml for phenol,0. 10 to 2.0μg/ml for aniline.The determination gaves a relative standard deviation of less than 6.7%.
