摘要
本文在分析Fuzzy控制和PID控制规律的基础上,用PID控制机理改进Fuzzy控制器设计,提出了仿PID的模糊控制方法,既保持了Fuzzy控制的鲁棒性,又能消除Fuzzy控制存在的波动,使输出更加稳定,静态精度明显提高。在球磨机系统的控制上应用表明,能维持球磨机在满负荷下稳定工作,消除闷磨故障.
By analysing Fuzzy controller and PID controller, this paper proposes a nevvFuzzy controller imitating the PID. It made improvement on the Fuzzy controller by way ofPID principle. The proposed method maintains the robustness of Fuzzy controller and alsorest rains the overshoot of system responses,thus improving the accurace of the controlledsystem. Its use in Balled Grinder system shows that it stabilizes the system's operation.
