The relationship between the coaches and athletes is the most basic relation in the areaof the competitive sports. It is deeply analyzed in the paper that the relaionship between the coaches andathletes from the sides of the cognition , the relation criteria between the members,the essential limit,the emotion,the target's determination and the thought levels.
