摘要
应用立体定向法将胎兔脑干中缝核未分化的5-HT能性神经元移植至成年兔大脑中动脉阻断型(MCAO)脑缺血灶内。2个月后用高效液相色谱电化学法(HPLC-EC)定量分析其5-HT含量。结果证实移植组5-HT含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示移植细胞在宿主体内存活良好。HPLC-EC是一个超微量测定递质的先进方法。
In this experiment, fetal rabbit brain tissue suspension containing 5-HT neurons was transplanted into the brain of adult rabbit by stereotaxic method. The animals were divided into 3 groups with 7 each. The neurotransmitter 5-HT of transplanted neurons were detected with high performance liquid chromatography-electrical chemistry (HPLC-EC) two months after grafting. The results showed that 5-HT of group 1 and group 2 increased significantly over group 3 (control) (P<0. 05, P<0. 01) . This indicates that grafted fetal neurons can well survived in the host brain.
