癫痫病人丙戊酸钠血浓度监测及其临床应用

Measurement of Serum Sodium Valproate Concentration and Clinical Application in the Patients With Epilepsy

本文报告丙戊酸钠治疗各型癫痫122例,丙戊酸钠治疗各型癫痫的有效率为83％。多数患者的有效血浓度范围为30～120μg/ml,有效剂量为10～60mg/kg·d,对癫痫患者,应据其临床发作情况,有无药物不良反应,参考丙戊酸钠血浓度调整剂量。

This paper reports 122 cases of various types of epilepsy who were treated with sodium valproate and the measurement of its serum concentration. In clinics, the rate of effective cure for various types of epilepsy with sodium valproate is 83%. The effective serum concentrations and effective daily dose in most patients are 30-120;ig/ml and 10-60mg/kg d respectively. It is recommended that the dosage must be regulated, according to the clinical state and the appearance of drug side-effect, in addition, the levels of serum sodium valproate concentration.
