摘要
本研究应用P300和SPECT观察了30例梗塞性脑血管病人,分别进行P300潜伏期,脑血流显像,rCBF比值测定。研究表明,在梗塞性脑血管病ERP测试的内源成分P300 PL即显示出有意义的变化,与对照组比较PL明显延长(P<0.001)。SPECT脑显像则显示出梗塞区及其周围放射性稀疏区,病变范围大于XCT,rCBF比值小于0.9。经统计处理显示脑血流量与P300 PL延长呈负相关。反映了脑梗塞患者认知功能障碍与CBF的关系。
By using ERP and SPECT, thirty patients with cerebral infarction were studied to determine the latency of P300(PL) , the imaging of cerebral blood flow and the ratio of rCBF. The results indicated that the PL, the internal element of P300 in the test of ERP, presented a significant change and delay as compared with the control group (P<0. 001). On the imaging of SPECT, it was seen that the area of infarct and its surrounding displayed spare zone of radioactivity, much larger in SPECT than in X-CT. The ratio of rCBF was less than 0. 9. The results of statistical analysis indicated that the correlation between cerebral blood flow and PL delay was negative, which reflected the relativity between the disfunction of congi-tion and rCBF.
