呋喃脲醛树脂结构分析及其酸固化反应原理 被引量:5

摘要 采用红外光谱、核磁共振谱等测试手段,分析了呋喃脲醛树脂的主体结构组成。探讨了反应条件对树脂固化过程的影响。实验结果表明:呋喃脲醛树脂在固化过程中发生了两种类型的反应,即羧基与羟基、羟基与酰胺活泼氢或呋喃环α-H之间的失水缩合反应,以及呋喃环破裂,然后进一步加成的聚合反应;酸量增加,酸性增强,均有利于反应的进行。 The structures of principle part of urea-furan resin were investigated using IR and NMR spectrometry technique. Influence of various curing conditions on the polymerization of resin was studied. The results show that in the hardening process of ureafuran resin, two kinds of reactions have oceurred, i.e. theloss-water condensation process between hydroxy and amide active hydrogenor furan ring α-H or among hydroxy themselves, and the reaction of furan ring, which rupture, then proceeds further. addition reaction. Increasing acid amount or strengthening acid character both are beneficial to the proceedings of the reactions.
