摘要
根据超声波在介质中的传播速度、介质温度和浓度之间的相互关系,采用单片机进行数据采样和数据处理,实现了硫酸生产过程中93%硫酸浓度的在线实时检测。测量范围:91%~95%H_2SO_4。现场运行结果表明,该仪器性能稳定,测量准确,维护量小。
The analyzer is based on the relationship between the ultrasonic wave transmittasl Veloci-ty,the tempertitur and Concentration of acid, then make use the monolithic micro-computer to perforrmsignal collection and conditioning. It can be used to on line determinate the 9l%~9S%H_2SO_4 concentra-tion. As the field application results showed,the performance of of the analyzer is stability,high accuracyand easy operation.
