发现人红白血病细胞株TF-1可在人重组白细胞介素-9(IL-9)刺激下长期生长达5个月,ILL-9可抑制TF-1细胞的DNA片段化,抗GM-CSF抗体可抑制IL-9刺激的TF-1细胞增殖,从而提供了IL-9的一个新生物学效应。
we found a human erythroleukemia cell
line TF-1 could be stimulated by recombinant human interleukin-9
(IL-9)to long term proliferation up to 5 months, and cellular DNA
fragrnentation was inhibited.The antibody a-gainst human
granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)inhibited the
effect of IL-9. This studysuggests that IL-9may induce an autocrine
loop of growth in the TF-1 cells. The results here provide a new
bio-logical effect of IL-9.
