腰椎椎体后缘离断症

POSTERIOR BONY EDGES SEPERATION OF LUMBARAE

诊治了１３例腰椎椎体后缘离断症，其中共有１４个椎体后缘突向椎管内，８个与椎体相连，６个与椎体分离，与其相对应的椎体后角骨缺损区内为椎间盘髓核组织；病变主要见于Ｌ４、５及Ｓ１椎体后上缘或下缘。成人中所见这种病变很可能是青少年时期椎体后缘骨骺环变异或陈旧性损伤及其继发改变的结果。

hirteen adult patients with posterior bony seperations of lumbar vertebrae were treated. There were fourteenavulsed or seperated posterior edges of lumbar vertebrae in all the patients which protruded into the spinal canals,with bony connection with the vertebrae in eight lesions and scar tissue connection in six. Corresponding to thebony avulsions there were bony defects filled with dics material in the posterior part of the vertebrae. Most lesionsoccured in the posterior superior or inferior edges of the L4 ,L5 and S1 vertebrae.Possible reasons of the disease might be secondary changes to the injury of variant of the epiphyseal ring of thevertebral body during the adolescent period of the patients.
