中药蛇床子对人类精子超微结构影响的研究

Influence of Cnidium Monnieri on Ultrastructure of Human Sperm

本文应用扫描及透射电镜对经蛇床子作用后的人类精子结构的变化进行了研究。其结果表明，蛇床子对人类精子的表面形态和超微结构均有明显的破坏和损伤。

In order to explore the spermicidal mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine-Cnidium monnieri,the ultrastructural changes were observed in human sperm with Cnidium monnieri.The results showed that the sperm membrane in both head and tail regions were damaged significantly, the acrosomal membrane and nuclear membrane were disrupted, the mitochondria were injured and vacuolization were seen in it,the part microtubule were injured and dissolved.
