烟草脆裂病毒甜椒环斑花叶分离物（TRV－PRSM）的鉴定

从邯郸市甜椒田间采集呈环斑花叶或黄斑花叶症状材料编号为８２—６—３５（２）．经生物学、血清、电镜下的形态观察证实８２—６—３５（２）为烟草脆裂病毒（Ｔｏｂａｃｃｏｒａｔｔｌｅｖｉｒｕｓ）的一个分离物，称之为ＴＲＶ—ＰＲＳＭ．该病毒以汁液接种传染，感染５科２２种植物，引起局部坏死斑、褪绿斑、花叶、系统坏死、黄脉、黄化等。病毒粒体呈直杆状，有２种粒体，长粒体１９０～２１０ｎｍ×２５ｕｍ．短粒体４０～８０ｎｍ×２０～２５ｎｍ．长短粒体比１：２、ＴＲＶ－ＰＲＳＭ分离物同ＴＲＶ标准抗血清形成特异的沉淀线。

Under EM, TRV-PRSM particles were presents two different lengths (160～210nm, 40～80nn).In gel double diffusion test a specific preipitation line was formed between the standard antiserum of TRV and TRV-PRSM solation.
