摘要
川芎嗪对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响与剂量有关。在100~1000μg/ml时,川芎嗪对正常小鼠和荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应有明显的抑制作用。在亚适浓度COnA(2μg/ml)作用下,正常小鼠和荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞对川芎嗪的反应性不同,荷瘤小鼠湛服川芎嗪后,其淋巴细胞 ̄3H-TdR掺人量明显增加,对PHA刺激的反应性不因荷瘤而降低,提示川芎嗪具有免疫调整作用。
The efect of tetramethylpyrazine(TTMP)on lyrnphocytes proliferation response(LPR)was detected bv  ̄3H-TdR incorooration into murinesplenocytes。The resuIts showed that TTMP at theconcentration of 100-1000μg/ml inhibited LPR innormal mice and B_16-melanoma bearing mice in vitroand the effect was dose-dependent.It was also foundthat TTMP could stimulate LPR to Con A at the con-centration of lm/ml mice and at the con-centration of 100-1000μg/ml in B_16-melanoma bearingmice,But TTMP inhhtCd LPR to Con A at the con-centration of 100-1000Pg/ml in norrnal mice。Therestoration of LPR to PHA and increasing ̄3H-TdRincorporation into splenocytes were found in vivo inB_16-melanoma bearing mice after treatment withTTMP。The data indicates that TTMP has an immunemodulation.
