摘要
我院于1985年起以杂种犬作冠状动脉旁路移植术(以下简称搭桥术)实验,取得了初步经验。1986年底引进了冠状动脉造影设备之后,即开展选择性冠状动脉造影及左室造影,于1987年9月在国外专家的协助下开展5例冠状动脉搭桥术,同年11月间依靠自己的力量又成功地开展1例,共6例。手术结果除1例因多支病变,病变广泛合并室壁瘤附壁血栓,左室功能不全,手术死亡外,其余心绞痛消失,病情均有不同程度改善。
From September 1987 to November 1987, 6 cases of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) were performed in the hospiotal. All patients were males. Age ranged from 47-60 (averaged 52.7). All patients had history of myocardial infarction and anginapector pectorisprior to admission. Selective coronary arteriography and Cineventriculography were performed in all. Their eardial functional status was grade Ⅱ 2 cases, grade Ⅲ 3 cases and grade Ⅳ 1 case. Simple bypass was performed in 2 patients, double.bypass in 3, and 4 inl. One patient died. His preoperative cardiac functional status was grade Ⅳ. For the remaining 5 patients, angina peetoris disappeared in all. follow-up for 6 to 10 months, paitents were in good condition
