摘要
用原位杂交组织化学法研究了臂旁核内生长抑素mRNA阳性神经细胞的分布。生长抑素mRNA阳性细胞主要位于臂旁核中段的臂旁外侧核、臂旁内侧核、背侧臂旁区和臂旁核间质部,以臂旁外侧核内数量最多。生长抑素mRNA阳性神经细胞为梭形和椭圆形,直径约7~20μm。胞质内均有强度不等的蓝色杂交反应物。结果表明生长抑素细胞在臂旁核内有着广泛的分布,并提示它们可能在臂旁核参与对血压、心血管活动、内脏感觉传递等生理活动的调节中起重要作用。
The distrbution of somatostatin Mrna(SOM mRNA)containing neurons in the parabrachial nucleus of rats was studied by using of in situ hybridization histochemical method. The SOM mRNA positive neurons are mainly distributed in lateral parabrachial nucleus, medial parabrachial nucleus, dorsal parabrachial region and interstitial part of the parabrachial nucleus at the level of the middle part of the parabrachial nucleus. Most of them are in lateral t1arabrachial nucleus, The SOM mRNA positive neurons are fusiform or elliptical in shape and 7-20 μm in size. There are different densities of hybridized reaction products in perikaryon, The results show that the SOM mRNA positive cells exist extensively in the parabrachial nucleus. It is suggested that these cells may play important role in the regulation or integration of the physiological activities including blood pressure, cadiovascular activity, visceral sensory transmission in the parabrachial nucleus.
