摘要 本文报道一例经典型Kaposi肉瘤结节损害的透射电镜观察结果。发现结节主要为梭形细胞和血管,血管仅有一层内皮细胞,细胞间仅有狭窄的电子致密区相连接,内皮细胞常不连续,基底膜不规则增厚,或分层、断裂,以至有的内皮细胞外基底膜缺如,也有的缺乏周皮细胞。故作者同意这些改变可能为红细胞外渗提供了病理机制。本文报告的病例电镜下所见与Mc Nutt等报告的年轻同性恋Kaposi肉瘤的早期损害的改变相一致,也支持该病的血管来源学说。 This article reports the observation results of a nodular lesion of typical kaposi's sarcoma under TEM. We found that the nodule mainly consists of spindle cells and blood vessels which has only a single layer of endothelial cell. There was only a narrow electrodense area and often no connection between the endothelial cells. There was irregular hyperplasia or separate layer, or even break in the basement membrane. Sometimes there was no basement membrane and no pericytes of the blood vessels. So we agree with the opinion that these changes may provide the pathogenesis of extravasation of ervthrocvtes.
