宫颈鳞癌放疗中超微结构变化的动态观察

Dynamic Observation on the Changes of Ultrastructural Under Radioactive Treatment for Sequamous Cancer of Cervical Cervix

作者采集了7例宫颈鳞癌放射治疗患者在治疗前、治疗中及治疗末的宫颈组织进行电镜观察。结果表明辐射所致癌组织变化有二方面:(1)癌细胞的损伤,最主要是核染色质的损伤;(2)间质反应,突出表现为胶原纤维的增生。变化的程度在一定范围内与照射剂量及疗程的进展呈正相关。7例鳞癌对电离辐射敏感性均好,1例宫颈腺癌作对照,其敏感性较差。

Seven patients with sequamous cancer of cervical cervix, before, during, and after radioactive treatment, were examined by electron microscopy in order to study the ultrastructural characteristic features of the cervical tissue. It was concluded that there were two changes of the cervicaltissue as result of radiation. (1) The injury of cancer cell, especially the injury of nuclear chromation. (2) The reaction of stroma, showed mainly the proliferation of the collagenous fiber. The extent of changes is a linear positive correlation between the radioactive dosage and the duration of treatment at some scope. Seven sequamous cancer are significantly sensitive to radiation and one adeaocarcinoma of cervical cervix, as control is not sensitive to radiation at all.
