摘要
本文报道了我院近二十年来收治的82例经脊髓腔碘油造影,其中部分病例经手术探查证实的脊髓蛛网膜炎的病程、临床表现与临床诊断分析,同时讨论了该病的病因和预后。
A clinical analysis of 82 cases of spinal arachnoiditis that were demon-strated by myelography kith myoidil or pantopaque was made. 9 of the 82 cases had been treated with surgical operations and verified by histopatho-logical examination. Clinical manifestation course of the disease, diagnosis and differential diagnosis from the clinical and pathological view-points, and etiopathology of spinal arachnoiditis were discussed.
