摘要
本文应用体视学方法对小白鼠甲状腺进行了定量研究。结果表明随小白鼠的生长发育,甲状腺滤泡的体积密度(Vv)、表面积密度(Sv)、平均直径(D)均逐渐增大,而数密度(Nv)逐渐减少,并于出生后4周末接近成年水平。说明小白鼠生后4周甲状腺已基本发育成熟。
The thyroid glands of mouse at various stages after birth were used for the quantitative analysis by means of stereological method. By accom panying with the growth of mouse, follicles of the thyroid gland increase gradually in the volume density(Vv) the surface density(Sv) and the average diameter(D), but decrease gradually in the numerical density(Nv), and above indicatrixes approach the adult′s level by the end of the 4th week after birth. This points out that the thyroid gland has matured fundamentally at this stage.
