摘要
安钢300m^3高炉在全焦冶炼条件下,采用富氧(富氧率~1%)、加湿(湿度~24g/m^3)综合鼓风技术,促使高炉顺行,有利于提高冶炼强度和实现全风温操作(风温~1000℃),并增加了特殊炉况的调节手段。
Oxygen enriched (oxygen enrichment percentage 1%) and humidified (humidity 24g/m3) blast were adopted when 300m3 BFs were operated with all-coke.The technique helps increase smelting intensity and realize full-blast temperature operation,besides,add to regulating measures of unusual BF operation,therefore,smooth BF operation was achieved
