摘要
安钢在原255m^3高炉扩容改造供料系统设计中,增加槽下筛分设备、烧结矿集中筛分、集中称量、皮带运输。槽下闸门、翻板改为液压传动,称量改为电子秤,配备微机控制,实现称量自动补偿和上料自动打印。改造后烧结矿含粉率降至6%,系统供料能力大幅度提高,高炉年平均利用系数可超过2.6;系统运行稳定可靠,设备故障年休风率为0.34%
According to the design of technical modernization with capacity expansion of 255m3 BFs at Anyang I & S Co.,the sinter concentrated screening and weighing facilities and belt conveyer are added in the material supply system.Hydraulic drive is adopted to bin gates and guide plate.Electronic weighers are used for coke and sinter.Moreover,the material supply system is fitted with microcomputer control in order to enable automated compensation of weighing and automated print of charging data.After the technical modernization is carried out,the ability of supply system enhances greatly,the percentage of sinter dust reduces to 6%,the annual average productive ratio of blast furnace exceeds 2.6t/(m3·d),and BF downtime percentage for equipment failure is 0.34%
