在分析秦岭北坡旅游度假资源特点的基础上，提出了秦岭北坡旅游度假带的规划思路．秦岭北坡旅游度假带的开发应重视基础设施建设和发展交通建设，并通过多种渠道增加投入．

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of tourist and vacationing resources of Qinling North Slope, the train of thought on developing programme of the Qinling North Slope tourism and vacationing is suggested. At the begining, the basic services and the highways and road traic have been paid attention to. Meanwhile, It is important to give some supports for fast developing this tourism and vacationing belt.
