摘要
综述了蔷薇科果树中山梨醇的研究资料,着重介绍了山梨醇的分布状况、生理功能与代谢途径。
This article reviewed studying riterature of sorbitol in fruit trees of Rosaceae. It emphasize introduce distribution, function and metabolism of sorbitol.
