采用大料批分装操作后,炉料和煤气流分布均匀,煤气曲线由中心开放型过渡到中心比边缘略重的“平峰型”,煤气利用得到改善,炉况稳定顺行。但由于抗炉况波动能力变差,对原料和高炉操作水平要求变高。

After large batch split charging was adopted,the uniform distribution of burden and gas flow,higher gas utilization efficiency and smooth operation were achieved But,the ability to resist fluctuation of blast furnace operating condition weakened.For this reason,it makes the higher demand on burden material and blast furnace operation
