摘要
安钢3号高炉随着强化冶炼程度的不断提高,利用系数由1.93提高到2.58,冶炼强度由1.20提高到1.45。本文介绍了3号高炉应用高风温、小高压和大矿批等措施强化高炉冶炼的生产经验。
The intensified smelting measures such as high blast temperature,high top pressure (32-45kPa) and large ore batch charging,and so on,have been adopted on No3 BF at Anyang Iron & Steel Co.With continuous intensification of smelting process,the utilization coefficient was raised to 2.5t/(m3·d) from 1.93t/(m3·d),and the smelting intensity was raised to 1.45 t/(m3·d) from 1.2t/(m3·d).
