安钢300m^3高炉强化冶炼实践

摘要 安钢高炉坚持以精料为基础,通过加强入炉料的筛分和计量、实现小高压操作、高风温和富氧加湿综合鼓风、进行炉前技术革新、加强对高炉上中下部调剂以及实行综合管理等措施强化高炉冶炼,效益不断提高。至1994年上半年,冶炼强度达到了1.47,利用系数达到了2.61,并实现了安全、长寿、节焦、增产的有机统一。 On the basis of beneficiated material,the smelting intensity of 1.47t/(m3 d) and util-ization coefficient of 2.61t/(m3 d) have been achieved in 300m3 BF at Anyang I & S Co.by means of strengthening screening and measuring of burden charge,realizing high top-pressure operation (45~50kPa),oxygen enriched and humidified blast with high temperature,improving casthouse equipment,promptly regulating operating parameter and comprehensive management.And also it is reached that the safety,long campaign life,low coke rate and high productivity are integrated into an organic whole.
