摘要
求调查研究利用生态经济学和系统工程的理论及方法,针对农业资源的匹配特点与农业发展的特征、趋势,以永寿县好河村为例,对黄土残原谷底(川道)类型区农业生态经济系统进行定性、定量和定位研究。通过结构调整与优化,构建农经林复合型新结构,以促进资源合理配置,改善生态环境,强化系统功能,增加产出,提高综合生产能力,实现生态-经济-社会效益良性循环;并提出相应的对策及措施,以期为宏观决策提供依据。
With theories and methods of eco-economics and systematic engineering and countering the matching characteristics of agro-resources and tends of agricultural development, the case at Haosihe vallege of Yongshou county were investigated systematically. Through adjusting, optimizing and building of new economic complexes of agroforestry the resources matching and ecological environments could be improved, and the outputs and productivity could be increased.This could make a good cycling of eco - economic - social benefits. Rela ted measures are recommanded for macro decisions.
